MS60 series standard troughing idlers for medium duty belt conveyors

These comprise three, equal length, 101.6mm (4”) diameter by 2.9mm ERW steel tubular rollers, in line type. Inner seals are of the labyrinth type, efficient in keeping grease in and dirt out of the bearings. The outer flush face caps act as an initial barrier to dirt before the main inner labyrinth seals.

MS70 series standard troughing idlers for medium duty belt conveyors

These are similar to MS60 idlers but are made from 127mm (5”) diameter by 4.0mm ERW steel tube.

MS120 Series Standard troughing idlers for heavy duty belt conveyors

These comprise three equal length 168.3mm (6 5/8”) diameter by 4.8mm ERW steel tubular rollers, in line type, mounted in robust brackets that are bolted to a rolled steel channel transom. The ball bearings are 30mm single row, deep groove type.
