Tubular Return Rollers

These are similar to the standard troughing rollers and are available in 101.6mm or 127mm (4” or 5”) diameters, to metric belt widths or imperial belt widths. The imperial range also offers alternative spindle and lengths.

Disc Return Idlers

These idlers have 127mm or 152.4mm (5” or 6”) diameter discs mounted on 76.2mm (3”) diameter tube and the bearings and seals are as used in the troughing rollers. Again, the inch belt sizes are offered with alternative spindle end lengths.

Steering Return Idlers

These have 101.6mm or 127mm (4” or 5”) diameter rollers, pivotally mounted to fabricated boards, and operate on the same principle as steering troughing sets.
