Medium Duty Impact Idlers

These comprise three rollers with 127mm (5”) diameter rubber discs for absorbing impact loads. The Idler sets are of the staggered type, each roller having the ability to “drop-in” to the fabricated board and bracket.

Heavy Duty Impact Idlers

These comprise three rollers with 168.3mm (6 5/8”) diameter rubber rings, with inner air cushion pockets, for absorbing impact loads. The idler sets are of the in line type, each roller being positively located in rigid fabricated brackets bolted to a rolled steel channel transom.
