Closed end idlers for troughed belt conveyors.

C60 Series standard troughing idlers.

These comprise three 101.6mm (4") diameter rollers, the centre roller being steel tubular and the side rollers being cast iron. The idler sets are of the in-line type and the centre rollers drop in to cast iron brackets which are bolted to a steel transform. The side rollers have flush outer faces.

C70 series standard troughing idlers.

These are similar to C60 idlers but have three 127mm (5") diamter rollers mounted in cast iron brackets bolted to a steel transform. Normally the idlers are 'sealed for life' but a regreasing facility can be provided to special order.

C80 series standard troughing idlers.

C80 Idlers are similar to C60 and C70 sets but with five 127mm (5") diameter idlers. Both inner and outer side rollers are cantilever mounted and locked in position and have flush outer faces. Again, the regreasing facility is only supplied to special order.
